How do I create an account? 

Easy! Follow this link > https://thepersonalpress.com/account/login To create a brand new account, click 'create account' and fill in the details accordingly!

The foil on my case has faded, what do I do?

This is super normal due to wear and tear over time! If you wish to have your product re-pressed, simply send it back to us and we'll repress it for free! Please note that you will need to cover the cost of postage and supply us with your original order number before sending it back! Want a free re-press? Email us at info@thepersonalpress.com 

I accidentally requested the wrong letters and/or emojis on my product. Can I change this? 

You cannot enter the checkout without checking the terms box ' I have proof read my personalisation request and agree it is correct '. All customers must bare responsibility if they have checked this box and continued onto the checkout stage. However, if you realise you have made this mistake within 60 minutes of placing your order, please shoot us an email and we MAY be able to change up the customisation request. Please be sure to double or even triple check your request because once it's been pressed, we cannot un-press it!!

What methods of payment do you accept? 

We accept a range of major cards and payment options. These include, Mastercard, VISA, American Express and JCB Cards. We also accept payments made via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.
